After three months of planning, Wuhan Hongtu welcomed the TPM live start-up meeting at 15:00 p.m. on June 13, 2018. In order to better implement Wuhan Hongtu TPM project and create an atmosphere of full participation, general managers, directors, managers at all levels and front-line operators of the company were invited to attend the start-up meeting, which opened a feast of cleaning and improving the "Biwu" of die casting equipment. This activity is divided into three groups, which are led by three workshops: die casting, numerical control and equipment. There are 13 people in each group. The managers join the group in the form of special group members and participate in the whole activity.
This activity is divided into three processes: first, each group acts as the organizer to show the morale of the team members, requiring the team to be neat and the slogan to be loud. Subsequently, the team members came to die casting 1 # machine in an orderly manner, followed the arrangement of the team to divide responsibilities, and then began to clean up the 1 # die casting machine and find and improve unreasonable problems. After an hour and a half of hard work, the three teams found 86 unreasonable problems, improved 35 problems on the spot, cleared out two big barrels of garbage, and exposed the original appearance of the equipment. Finally, the company leaders summarized the activities: equipment management, we should look at the long-term perspective, scientific management, to enhance the overall efficiency of equipment as the goal, according to the plan to implement the TPM project, to ensure the long-term and effective operation of equipment.
Finally, the host announced that the TPM improvement tour of Wuhan Hongtu has officially begun. It is hoped that through the activities, we can get a clearer understanding of the current situation of equipment management in Wuhan factory, and guide the participation of all staff through TPM improvement activities to ensure the stable and effective operation of equipment.
