         In order to familiarize the new forces with the company better and faster, and to have a face-to-face communication opportunity with mentors and leaders at all levels, on the afternoon of July 24, 2018, the company held the "Opening Ceremony of College Student Reserve Cultivation 2018". The leaders of the company, heads of departments, cultivation counselors, mentors and all the current college students were invited to participate in this activity.

                     Subsequently, the Ministry of Human Resources issued and introduced the training program of College Students'reserves in 2018 and the list of learning paths and courses, assessment methods and requirements.
                     At the start-up meeting, the company's management leaders made a speech, raising ardent expectations for the student reserves. Manager representatives share their personal experience and experience with college students and put forward their expectations. They hope that college students "don't give up easily, persevering in hard work is the only way to success".
