In order to promote the realization of Guangdong Hongtu Company's strategic objectives, promote management reform and transformation and upgrading, achieve the company's vision of becoming a first-class Automotive Parts Industry Holding Group as soon as possible, and realize the transformation of the company from rule of law to rule of law to rule of law in order to promote customer satisfaction, the company's corporate Culture Management Committee and Huaxia Foundation Stone (Beijing) corporate culture consultants are limited. The company jointly set up a cultural promotion project team to refine and promote the corporate culture of Hongtu, Guangdong.
Guangdong Hongtu Five-Year Plan for Corporate Culture (2018-2022) is divided into three stages, the first stage is to build up culture; the second stage is to support management, that is, to enhance management based on cultural concepts; and the third stage is to enter the heart of culture, that is, the long-term mechanism of corporate culture management and the stage of cultural upgrading. According to the overall promotion plan, this year is the first stage of culture. We will build up culture. We will sort out and diagnose the corporate culture of Guangdong Hongtu headquarters and die casting (headquarters) in order to form the Diagnostic Report of Corporate Culture, Outline of Guangdong Hongtu Corporate Culture Concept, Planning of Enterprise Culture Landing, Value Behavior Evaluation Scheme.
In order to provide strong support and reliable information guarantee for Guangdong Hongtu Enterprise Culture Diagnosis Report, the project has done the following key work since its launch on May 7:
First, project start-up. On May 7, the project start-up meeting was held smoothly. Following up, the company issued the report of the start-up meeting and the speech content of the important leaders, as well as the training materials for the start-up meeting to the participants, so as to bring culture into mind.
The second one is corporate culture interview. From May 7 to May 11, interviews were conducted with the first person in charge and managers of die casting departments, senior managers in Hongtu, secretary and Deputy Secretary of the general branch of Hongtu Party in Guangdong, as well as with staff and leadership Symposia in die casting department. 37 interviews were actually completed, with a completion rate of 100.2%.
Third, questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was designed, audited, discussed and finalized from May 14 to 18, and was launched from May 20 to 26. The questionnaire was implemented and completed. The final number of questionnaires submitted was 2786, with a completion rate of 102.84%. From May 28 to June 1, the project team completed the preliminary analysis and collation of the questionnaire.
Fourth, the second interview on corporate culture and the research on the direction of enterprise management. From June 4 to June 10, the second interview on corporate culture and the research on the direction of enterprise management of die casting (our department) and its subsidiaries Nantong and Wuhan companies were conducted respectively. On June 8, the chairman of Guangdong Hongtu Board and the staff of Guangdong Hongtu functional departments were interviewed respectively, and the communicative meeting on Party building was held, which was planned to be completed. Thirty-two interviews/discussions/communications were conducted, and 40 were actually completed, with a completion rate of 125%.
Fifth, on June 11, members of the Guangdong Hongtu Corporate Culture Joint Project Group and the Cultural Construction Committee communicated and agreed on a number of cultural issues through the monthly communication meeting, so as to develop a unified idea for future projects and indicate the direction of action.
In order to let employees know more about corporate culture, the project team will continue to carry out a series of propaganda work, such as popularizing corporate culture knowledge, interviewing model employees, organizing cultural activities and so on. It is hoped that all employees will actively participate in and practice corporate culture with actions.
