For the first time, training treasure was used as a technical support platform in this online knowledge contest. After a long period of investigation and many tests, Nantong Human Resources Department decided to adopt it. In the preparatory stage of the competition, the lean talent training group starts with the application of lean production theory and practice, extracts knowledge points closely related to the lean production promotion process of Nantong Company, and compiles and audits the test questions bank of the lean production knowledge competition. In the implementation stage of the competition, the lean talent training group initiated the competition mode of "Scanning Answer Questions Ranking of Achievements Publishing Winning Employees Drawing Prizes Cashing Prizes".
